Skin Chemistry Official prioritizes the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We are committed to upholding strict hygiene and safety protocols to minimize the risk of transmission within our workplace and across our operations.

Employee Guidelines:

• Self-screening: All employees are required to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms daily before coming to work. Anyone experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other potential symptoms must stay home and follow local health guidelines for isolation and testing.
• Masking: While not mandatory, employees are strongly encouraged to wear well-fitting face masks in common areas and while interacting with customers or colleagues, especially if social distancing cannot be maintained.
• Hand hygiene: Frequent handwashing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds is mandatory for all employees. Additionally, hand sanitizer stations are readily available throughout the workplace for easy access.
• Social distancing: We encourage employees to maintain a safe distance (at least 6 feet) from colleagues and customers whenever possible.
• Work from home: When feasible, employees are encouraged to work from home to minimize physical presence in the office, especially if they are feeling unwell or have been exposed to someone who is sick.
• Vaccinations: While not mandated, we encourage all employees to stay up-to-date with recommended COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters to protect themselves and their communities.

Customer Interactions:

• Online ordering: We encourage customers to take advantage of our online ordering and contactless delivery options whenever possible to minimize in-person contact.
• Safe in-store experience: For in-store shopping, we maintain enhanced cleaning and sanitization protocols for frequently touched surfaces and encourage customers to practice good hand hygiene while browsing products.
• Masking: Customers are welcome to wear face masks while shopping in our store, and we respect their individual choices regarding mask usage.
• Clear communication: We will continue to communicate updates and safety protocols clearly through signage, website announcements, and customer service interactions.

Vendor and Partner Protocols:

• We encourage our vendors and partners to adhere to similar COVID-19 prevention measures to minimize the risk of transmission throughout our supply chain and operations.
